1. Eligibility and User Responsibility

  • Minimum Age Requirement: Slutsboard is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. By accessing and using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share on Slutsboard. Ensure that all content complies with these terms and respects the rights and privacy of others.
  • No Ownership Claim: You acknowledge that Slutsboard provides a platform for sharing content but does not claim ownership of the content you upload.

 

2. Content Restrictions

Slutsboard prohibits certain types of content to maintain a respectful and lawful community. Violating these restrictions may result in immediate action, including content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning. Serious violations may also lead to legal consequences.

 

2.1 No Underage Content
Slutsboard enforces a zero-tolerance policy against underage content. It is strictly prohibited to upload, share, or distribute any imagery, whether real or simulated, that depicts minors (under 18 years of age) or individuals who appear underage.
Enforcement: Violations will lead to immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

2.2 No Animal Pornography
Content involving or implying any sexual acts with animals is strictly prohibited on Slutsboard.
Enforcement: Posting or sharing such content will result in a permanent ban and may lead to a report to law enforcement.

2.3 No Revenge Porn
Slutsboard prohibits the non-consensual sharing of intimate content, commonly referred to as “revenge porn.” Posting any intimate images or videos without the explicit consent of all parties involved is a violation of these TOS.
Enforcement: Content removal, account banning, and possible legal action may occur in cases of revenge porn.

2.4 No Blackmail or Coercion
Using Slutsboard to engage in any form of blackmail, extortion, or coercion is strictly prohibited. This includes threats, demands for payment, or any attempt to manipulate others through the use of intimate or personal content.
Enforcement: Immediate removal from the platform and reporting to law enforcement may occur for any verified blackmail activity.

2.5 No Fake or Social Media Images
Slutsboard does not allow the uploading or sharing of fake nude images or images taken from social media unless accompanied by real nude images in the same album. This is not a platform for falsely portraying innocent individuals as “sluts.” Posts must include real, consensual nude images. Additionally, any images taken covertly (e.g., “sneaky” photos) are strictly prohibited. All content must clearly show the consent of the person depicted.
Enforcement: Such content will be removed promptly, and repeated violations may lead to account termination.

 

3. User Conduct and Community Standards

  • Users are expected to treat one another with respect. Any behavior that is harmful, harassing, or disruptive to others is not permitted.
  • Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to impersonate others, harass other users, or otherwise interfere with the operation of Slutsboard may lead to account restrictions or banning.

 

4. Enforcement and Reporting

  • Slutsboard’s team actively monitors content for compliance with these TOS. Users are encouraged to report any violations they encounter.
  • Consequences of Violations: Actions may include content removal, account suspension, banning, and/or reporting to relevant authorities as deemed necessary.
  • Automated Monitoring: Slutsboard may use automated systems alongside human review to detect content that violates these TOS.

 

5. Account Security and Privacy

  • Account Security: Slutsboard requires users to create accounts with unique usernames and secure passwords. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must immediately notify the platform of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
